Ingredients:

Organic shredded coconut, organic ground flax seeds, organic chia seeds, organic coconut palm sugar, cinnamon, salt.  

Instructions:

Tastes great hot or cold. Stir in milk of choice (we love it with coconut milk), microwave for one minute, or let sit to thicken. 

The story:

After going grain-free, KIRFCo. founder Katie Coleman was searching for an alternative to oatmeal for cold mornings. Inspired by recipes for chia pudding, she came up with this combination. Unlike traditional oatmeal, it doesn’t cause a spike in blood sugar, so you’ll have plenty of energy to get you through the day.
