All Keep It Real Food Co. products are grain-free and gluten-free. They are also free of starches, gums, binders, and preservatives.

Gluten is a protein found in most grains (mainly wheat, barley, and rye). Many people eat a gluten-free diet because of Celiac disease (an autoimmune disease, just like type 1 diabetes), gluten-intolerance, or just by choice.

Please note: we currently bake out of a shared commercial kitchen. We thoroughly sanitize all equipment before use to minimize the possibility of cross-contamination.
